Cheap Trick and a reunited Heart are teaming up for the Royal Flush tour, which will take place across the United States. The tour begins on April 20 in Greenville, South Carolina, and concludes on September 22 in Morrison, Colorado. During the U.S. leg of the tour, they will also be heading to Europe for a series of shows with Squeeze.
Heart’s Ann and Nancy Wilson will be joined by Ryan Wariner (lead and rhythm guitar), Ryan Waters (guitars), Paul Moak (guitars, keyboards and backing vocals), Tony Lucido (bass and backing vocals), and Sean T Lane (drums).
Ann Wilson expressed excitement for the upcoming tour in 2024, stating that the band’s exceptional talent brings a new level of energy to Heart’s live performances.
Nancy Wilson also shared her pride in the band’s show and is looking forward to reconnecting with their fans and sharing their music through live performances.
The Wilson sisters previously put Heart on hiatus between 2016 and 2019 due to family issues, leading them to tour separately. Ann Wilson explained that they have different visions for what Heart should be, causing a divide between them.
Nancy Wilson previously toured under the name Nancy Wilson’s Heart, and they reunited in 2023 after four years, performing a series of concerts and a New Year’s Day performance.
Cheap Trick has been touring nonstop, even after original drummer Bun E. Carlos left the band in 2010. They are joined by new members Daxx Nielsen and Robin Taylor Zander.
